My Personal Reality:
Mom Life, Fitness, Foodie, Family, Beach Lover & A Puppy
I'm a proud mom to an incredible teen who balances club volleyball, club swimming, and stellar grades (plus braces appointments). Carpooling keeps me confused and cheering her on fuels my competitive side.
When I’m not juggling sports schedules, I’m hosting family gatherings, cooking up something delicious, or squeezing in my Orange Theory workouts.
I love the outdoors, and my heart is happiest at the Lake of the Ozarks, where sunshine, fresh air, and water are all I need. I may be a Midwest girl, but I swear I was meant for the beach.
Oh, and my daughter’s cavapoo, Prince? I was never a dog person — but now that little guy goes everywhere with me.
Between family, fitness, friends, travel and a love for great food, I’m always balancing a full (and fulfilling) life — and I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

The Courage To Stand
I’m easygoing, relentlessly hardworking, and love a good laugh—but don’t mistake that for being a pushover.
I stand by people who work hard, show heart, and earn respect. If you’re someone who cuts corners, mistreats others, or thrives in toxicity—then we’re not a good match. But if you value grit, determination, and fairness, I’ll be in your corner every step of the way.
I’ve always had a soft spot for the underdog. Whether it’s advocating for those who’ve been overlooked, underestimated, or mistreated, I believe in standing up – even when it’s hard. Especially when it’s hard. It’s not easy, but moments of courage can be life-changing and life-defining.
Because in life, you will face moments where you have to decide: bow down or fight forward. Those moments define who you are. They test you, shape you.
I know this because I’ve lived it. I’ve fought uphill battles that tested every ounce of my resilience. I’ve faced setbacks, rejections, and moments where giving up would have been the easier path.
Life has taught me resilience—from enduring a decade of infertility’s highs and lows, to advocating for fairness in the workplace, to fighting my way back onto my high school volleyball team after two years of being cut, eventually earning a scholarship to play in college. Each challenge shaped me into someone who refuses to give up when things get tough.
I believe in fighting, even when things feel overwhelming. Because if no one stands up or you don’t commit to putting in the effort, nothing changes. One voice, one effort, can spark change. One stand can inspire another. And if there’s one thing I know—it’s that none of us should have to face life’s battles alone.

Drive Profitable Revenue
THINK YOU CAN'T AFFORD IT?
If you're in business to make money, you can't afford NOT to INVEST in effective marketing.
Yeah, yeah — “it’s all about ROI.” But here’s the thing: that’s not just a buzzword. When you bring in proven expertise for a fraction of the cost it took to earn it, you're shortcutting years of mistakes, missed opportunities, and wasted spend.
Too many businesses blow their budgets upfront — overbuilding, overequipping, overcommitting to tech, or throwing money at the wrong problems.
Meanwhile, they underinvest in the one thing that actually moves the needle: smart, strategic sales and marketing.
Don’t be shortsighted. Don’t confuse spending with strategy.
Stop the madness. Start driving revenue.
